SANITIZE

MR AND MRS N

Address: Halstead

Background:

We were asked by the client to complete a post tenancy sanitisation and decontamination clean to their rental property, prior to the new tenants moving in, to not only deal with potential contaminants but also eradicate any remaining odours.

The property is a 3-bedroomed house, with conservatory.

Using Formula 429FC which has been Independently tested against SARS-CoV-2 (and hence Covid-19) and 99.9% effective in 5 minutes. Using both wet and dry fogging system to reach both contents and the fabric of your building. Also effective against common bacteria and yeasts, e.g. E.coli, staphylococcus, Listeria and Salmonella

Methodology:

Our BDMA Technician attended the property and carried out a full contamination clean using ‘Formula 429 Plus’, which is a concentrated water-based anti-microbial with multi-surface broad spectrum kill and residual control. Our Technician used a wet fogging process using a ULF Fogging Machine. This creates a tiny atom (5 microns), which then permutates every area and surface of a room including all furniture and items which absorb the minute droplets, killing 99.9% of all known germs

Background information on the product:

• For food preparation areas, we recommend the additional use of Formula 429 FC which features rapid kill and strong residual capabilities for a broad spectrum of microbial activity. Ready to use formula and suitable for food preparation areas with no rinsing required. Halal certified in Europe. It is suitable for white to grey water contaminations and is effective for micro control of Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococcus hirae, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes, Candida albicans, Salmonella typhimurium, MRSA, Acinetobacter baumannii, Influenza A H1N1, Human Rotavirus and Campylobacter jejuni. No rinsing on food preparation surfaces is required after use

Conclusion:

We completed our work within a timely fashion whilst the property was empty, using full PPE equipment. Our landlord/client was then issued with a completion of work document, ensuring they had full peace of mind but could also offer assurance to both new tenant and agent, as necessary.
